HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Royalty Express Hub “Royalty Express” uses the highest industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely as noted in our policies and compliance standards.      

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Due to very popular demand, your item ships out within 3-5 days. We will notify you by email with a tracking number within that time. If you elected to provide a cell phone number during checkout process, you will receive a text message with a tracking number. Once you receive your initial shipping confirmation email/text, our next step is to package your merchandise. Emails sent out with your tracking number may end up in your junk/spam folders, so please check there before sending duplicate requests. When you first receive your initial shipping confirmation email /text, your label has been printed and is being prepared for shipment and it has not yet been received by the courier.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY  DOMESTIC (U.S.A) ORDERS TO GET TO ME?

Once you receive your shipping confirmation,  allow 1-3 weeks for delivery and the final delivery will be made by a courier to your mailbox or doorstep. We utilize many fulfillment centers around the globe to ensure your products get delivered to you as quickly as possible. Note that all appears are generally delivered within 3-5 business days.                                                                                  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO GET TO ME?

International orders are shipped standard international. Once shipped it takes 2-5 weeks. Your order moves through your country's local postal network for final delivery. Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your local country’s policies/regulations. We do not control customs fees or policies and our shipping does not cover these fees. When you first receive your initial shipping confirmation email your label has been printed and is being prepared for shipment and it has not yet been received by the courier. Orders are not shipped out during holidays. They will be sent the following business day.

Royalty Express is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. the customer is responsible for filing all claims.

Royalty Express is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider. 

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

We got your back...very simple! Go to our home page, top right and click on "Order Tracking" and enter your order number. Also, note that once your order has been confirmed by our team, your will receive an email with a tracking platform. Please keep this email link and you can also click on it to see the status of your order. Thirdly, you can also contact us by email and we will check your order in our back-office system:  support@royaltyexpresshub.com                                 

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE PRODUCT, HOW DO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WORK?

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We highly encourage you to check out the refund policy published under our quick links. This policy details the protocols for our returns and returns. Please do not return product directly to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, then your new order will be sent out to you asap, and if your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.                                                                 

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?

We ship to all countries, all over the world unless otherwise, at that point in time, restricted by the laws of our country of origin (where our head office is based). You will be notified immediately following your order when such an instance occurs. 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our primary fulfillment center is located in North America (U.S.A), some of our specialty items may be located in other countries such as Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and China.
